We've built sharing into our DNA and made it a core component of our podcast education curriculum. Each course we teach or talk we give is packed with the lessons we've learned from stepping up to the mic.

Giving a damn
Treating people right is fundamental to how we do business. We treat our customers as we'd want to be treated, strive to have a positive impact on the podcasting world around us, and always aim to give back and keep learning.
No engineering degree required
Oncetold is our answer to the mess and confusion that exists in today's podcast technology. We always think about the user experience first and design a toolset that works for actual podcasters.
Not easily squished
The best business advice we ever got came from Sir Jonathan Ive from Apple who said:
"[I]deas ultimately can be so powerful, they begin as fragile, barely formed thoughts, so easily missed, so easily compromised, so easily just squished."
He taught us that ideas can be very fragile and we must live in between the barely formed ideas and believing in bold, crazy, magnificent ones. Oncetold is a special environment for nurturing and incubating those ideas.
We believe in Sir Ive's statement that we started a podcast about podcast design called Not Easily Squished. Have a listen.
We balance our own books
We're also big believers in Business 101. We don't spend more than we earn, we don't waste money on things that don't matter, and we don't give away everything for free. We're in business to stay in business.

From day one, we wanted to create the kind of company that we wanted to do business with ourselves. We act like humans, say we're sorry, and genuinely invest our time in fixing the issue. It's our favorite form of marketing.
